Job Description
As an External Trade Analyst, you will be responsible for effectively monitoring internal departments (Operations, Procurement, Supplies, Warehousing, Logistics, and Transportation) and external partners (Customs Brokers and Carriers) involved in the administrative process of foreign trade logistics, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations in export operations.This position reports to import and export manager.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate internal departments (Logistics, Warehousing, Shipping, Supplies, Production, Operations, Transportation, Asset Security) and external stakeholders (Transportation Service Providers, Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders) across the foreign trade logistics chain to ensure the deliveries, cost‐effective operations, and full compliance with export and import regulations.Send shipment documentation to customs brokers and affiliated or third‐party clients, including invoice, packing list, certificate of ori...
