Job Description
Casual academic staff are employed to perform specified teaching-related duties, such as, presenting lectures and tutorials, conducting practical classes or workshops, and marking, under the Agreement. The casual rates for academic teaching duties include both the presentation or delivery time and the associated working time (including preparation, reasonably contemporaneous marking and student consultation).
This role contributes to tutorials, workshops, assessment, marking, and student consultation in key discipline areas including Financial Information Systems, Sustainability, Financial Accounting, and Management Accounting, as well as broader topics in governance, regulation, and ethical practice.
