Job Description
Shape military training as an Expert Rotary Wing Pilot with BTSI, working closely with the Royal Canadian Airforce and Royal Canadian Navy. Utilize your extensive experience to develop next-gen training programs.
In your role, you will apply your Rotary Wing knowledge with the Department of National Defence to refine training methodologies. Candidates must have a minimum of five years' experience in the RCAF and two years as a Qualified Flight Instructor to qualify. Collaboration and innovation will be key as you design training products for a modern educational landscape.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on the development of innovative training materials • Validate learning objectives and refine technical documentation • Design training for both instructor-led and computer-based formats • Review and forecast changes to training systems • Conduct quality assessments of all outputs
