You will translate customer requirements into build-ready designs while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your strong communication skills will facilitate critical interactions with suppliers and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design automation systems using SolidWorks
• Research and validate necessary mechanical components
• Provide guidance to junior design personnel
• Engage suppliers for component specifications and quotes
• Assemble detailed drawings for manufacturing teams
Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
• 7+ years experience in automation design
