Lead compensation transformation projects as an Expert in SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay Strategy based in Toronto. This Senior Consultant role demands proven skill in driving program success.
You will be tasked with overseeing complex compensation initiatives while advising clients on best practices. Managing cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of compensation planning and performance-based structures. Your expertise will drive engagement and accountability across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise HR leaders on compensation planning cycles
• Conduct workshops to establish governance models
• Oversee SAP Compensation and Variable Pay implementations
• Integrate compensation solutions with HR processes
• Mentor and guide junior team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant areas
• 8–10 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• At least 3 comprehensive implementations completed
