Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a SME on REMS processes and FDA standards
• Deliver training and knowledge sharing to enhance team performance
• Conduct regular analysis of customer orders and concerns
• Direct business development for new REMS product support
• Generate comprehensive reports on various operational metrics
