Overview
The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a highly skilled Sourcing Transformation Expert to join the Digital & Business Transformation team based in Mirabel, Québec, Canada. The role focuses on assessing the current supplier and contractual state, defining the future operating model for a potential new aircraft program, and leading cross‑functional initiatives to meet time, cost, and quality targets. Drive strategic make‑or‑buy framework development: design, implement and update a company‑wide framework and heatmap to assess functional readiness, distinguishing core from non‑core functions.
