ATB is seeking a Construction Manager to lead physical project execution in the People Places & Spaces team. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from pre-planning to close-out. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with Project Delivery Managers and designers while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the Owner's Representative throughout project lifecycle
• Review and approve construction progress and value engineering
• Manage performance of architects, engineers, and contractors
• Perform constructability reviews to limit on-site changes
• Ensure safe working conditions across all project sites

• 8+ years of experience as a Construction Manager
