As an Expert Claims Adjuster, you'll report to the Team Leader and be responsible for a portfolio of varied claims, including Automobile and Commercial. You will work collaboratively to confirm policy coverage, manage documentation, and guide the settlement process. Mentoring junior staff will also be a key role, fostering a culture of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Senior Bodily Injury and General Liability claims
• Collaborate with leadership for claim resolution
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain records
• Settle claims with claimants and Plaintiff’s Counsel
