• Administer benefits and pension plans for employees
• Verify enrollment forms for new hires
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits
• Notify employees of changes in benefits due to events
• Reconcile invoices related to benefits monthly
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma required
• Minimum of 5 years in benefits administration
• CEBS or GBA certification necessary
