Become a vital part of a Tier 1 automotive facility as an Experienced Tooling Supervisor in the KWC region. Drive excellence in tooling operations while ensuring production efficiency.
In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for leading tooling personnel and overseeing the operations of the tool room. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating tooling preparations, implementing improvements, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability. You will work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to elevate tooling performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise tool room operations and staff
• Analyze and reduce tooling downtime
• Coordinate tooling preparations for new programs
• Review and recommend upgrades for tooling
• Maintain compliance with manufacturing standards
Requirements:
• Valid Tool & Die Maker License (430A)
• Minimum 5 years in automotive manufacturing
