Key Responsibilities:
• Produce documentation such as job aids and work instructions
• Collaborate with SMEs to clarify and gather insights
• Convert technical jargon into clear language
• Edit existing materials for accuracy and clarity
• Organize documentation within SharePoint and similar platforms
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in English, Computer Science, or related
• Proven experience in Technical Writing, preferably in health
