Job Description
Step into a dynamic role at Albert and Parliament Primary Health Care Centre as a Temporary Full-Time Registered Nurse. Provide vital patient-centred care, including assessments and chronic disease management in a supportive team setting.
In this collaborative environment, you'll report to the Lead Physician and will be integral to the Saskatchewan Innovation Fund initiative, running until March 31, 2027. The role calls for experienced RNs to improve patient access and foster better healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed patient assessments and identify risks
• Perform accurate triage for diverse patient needs
• Deliver clinical care, including phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Aid in minor procedures and diagnostics
• Promote preventive care and chronic disease support
Requirements:
• Current CRNS registration and a BScN or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 years of RN practice
• BLS certification, ACLS is beneficial
