Take on a pivotal role as an Experienced Building Surveyor focusing on reinstatement cost assessments based in Farnham. This position allows for a hybrid working model, primarily office-based three days a week.
You will manage a team while conducting extensive inspections of various properties to assess their conditions and calculate reinstatement costs accurately. With your MRICS qualification, you'll apply industry standards and report generation from your inspections. Continuous professional development will be part of your growth as you navigate building regulations.
