Job Description
Join Carlson Construction Group as a Project Safety Lead to enhance on-site safety protocols. This project-based role involves a 10 days on / 4 days off work schedule.
In this critical position, you will guide safety practices and ensure compliance with regulations at the forefront of a prominent construction project. Your skills in communication and safety management will directly protect personnel and impact project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update safety records and documentation
• Lead safety orientations and new task planning efforts
• Conduct site inspections and incident investigations
