Reporting to the Lead Portfolio Management Consultant, you will oversee practice management for Portfolio Managers and Associate Portfolio Managers. Your responsibilities encompass conducting formal reviews, enhancing governance frameworks, and supporting onboarding initiatives. A solid understanding of investment markets coupled with a client-service mindset are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct formal reviews of portfolios and managers
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires
• Monitor compliance with investment policies
• Evaluate asset allocation mixes and assumptions
• Review and update policies for APM and PM oversight
