Job Description
Computer Geeks On Call is on the lookout for an experienced IT Tech for onsite tasks. You can expect varied tech jobs throughout the year, with flexible hours and additional pay for evening work.
This permanent role allows you to leverage your tech experience while engaging with clients directly. You will be responsible for about 75 jobs per year, primarily during weekdays, but opportunities for evening and weekend work exist at a premium rate. Enjoy the balance of technical challenge and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential onsite technical support to clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS and computer issues
• Assist with network cabling tasks as needed
• Follow specific instructions to complete assignments
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding services
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in onsite tech work
• Background with POS systems is beneficial
• Knowledge of network cabling is an asset
