Job Description
Take on a key role as an In-House Counsel, delivering legal advice on contracts and legal issues, supporting bids and tenders, and managing disputes. Your expertise will ensure effective contract performance and risk mitigation.
As the In-House Counsel, you will report directly to the Country Managing Director and collaborate with the international Legal department. The position requires a Canadian qualified lawyer with a Juris Doctor and 5-10 years of experience in contract law, either in a law firm or in-house. You will provide legal support, advise clients, and handle administrative case management alongside complex dispute resolutions.
