Job Description
We are hiring a Human Resources Manager in South Surrey, British Columbia, focused on full-cycle recruitment and employee engagement. This full-time, in-person role is pivotal to our HR strategy.
In this position, you will lead recruitment initiatives, support employee relations, and maintain compliance with HR policies. We seek a collaborative individual with 10 years of HR experience, who excels at managing both tactical and strategic HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Offer coaching and resolution strategies for employees and managers
• Review and create company HR policies and guidelines
• Implement and manage performance review systems
• Handle employee discipline and termination processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field
• At least 10 years of HR experience, particularly in construction/trades
