Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety inspections and provide guidance
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist in developing safe work practices
• Coordinate safety training and toolbox talks
• Evaluate effectiveness of HS&E implementation
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in civil, mining, or related fields
• CRSP or relevant safety qualifications
• Strong knowledge of industry safety standards
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills
