We're looking for an Experienced Golf Course Superintendent in Pemberton, BC! Take the reins on course agronomy, maintenance, and team management while enjoying a fantastic outdoor lifestyle.
As a full-time, year-round superintendent, you'll build on a well-documented foundation with comprehensive GPS and digital systems in place. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, including leadership in golf course maintenance. A degree in Turfgrass Management, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for golf, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead turf management efforts to ensure high standards
• Manage the irrigation system with GPS technology
• Develop and manage the operating budget effectively
