In this dynamic role, you will report to the Senior Food and Beverage Manager, utilizing your expertise from three years in food service management. You will oversee the operations of three acclaimed restaurants while contributing to staff training, menu planning, and maintaining top-notch service quality throughout campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily food and beverage service operations
• Create and manage daily work plans efficiently
• Oversee Maclab Bistro while collaborating with the team
• Assist in recruitment, training, and scheduling
• Manage cleanliness and inventory effectively
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a managerial role within food services
• Degree in Hospitality Management an asset
• Knowledge of Alberta Serve Safe mandatory
