As an Executive Director, you will coordinate with the Board to streamline operations and elevate the agency's profile. You'll oversee program execution and financial accountability while fostering relationships with volunteers, donors, and community agencies. Your leadership will ensure that the organization continues to thrive and effectively serve its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Board with organized meetings and communications
• Ensure effective program implementation and evaluation
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and plans
• Recruit, oversee, and guide HR policies
• Serve as the main spokesperson for the organization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or social sciences
• Minimum 3 years of relevant leadership experience
