Job Description
Seize the opportunity to shape significant projects as a Senior Estimator with Green Infrastructure Partners. Your role involves preparing extensive cost estimates using top estimating software for projects valued up to $1 Billion.
This position requires an adept understanding of construction documentation and process management, where you will ensure tender accuracy and adherence to deadlines. With 7-10 years of construction experience, you will lead the Design-Build projects through the tender phase and support junior team members in their development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quantity take-offs from detailed drawings
• Present project scopes, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
• Manage correspondence on active tenders efficiently
• Independently lead meetings to establish project goals
• Mentor junior employees to enhance team capabilities
