Job Description
Deliver high-quality meals as an Experienced Cook at Aspira Stonebridge Crossing in Saskatoon. This role plays a vital part in creating enjoyable dining experiences for our residents.
We’re searching for a Cook available between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM, including weekends. Your work will focus on preparing nutritious meals while understanding residents’ dietary preferences and cultural considerations. Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere in a purpose-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals that meet residents' dietary needs
• Maintain quality standards in food preparation
• Oversee food supplies and address any issues
• Take charge of operations in the absence of a leader
• Follow menu guidelines and maintain food safety practices
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or higher education
• Safe Food Handling and/or Smart Serve certification
• Previous cooking experience in healthcare or hospitality
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
