Job Description
Join a privately held real estate investment group in downtown Vancouver as an Accountant. This role focuses on payroll administration and revenue accounting in a collaborative office setting.
The Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager and handle bi-weekly payroll for 60-80 employees. Responsibilities include revenue reconciliation, month-end journal entries, and preparing for annual audits. Your attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently while working closely with site managers will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer payroll bi-weekly using PayWorks
• Perform revenue reconciliation for multiple sites
• Prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist with annual audit preparation tasks
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
