As Executive VIP Manager you are responsible to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and actively seek solutions to potential problems as well as engaging customers’ attention and loyalty. Responsibilities- Identify and assess customer needs to deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers through various platforms.
- Arrange activities tailored to customers’ preferences in the designated market, e.g. sport events.
