Job Description
Position: Executive Secretary
Location: Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, as assigned
- Screen calls, enquiries and requests and deal with them appropriately.
- Facilitate communication with other stakeholders, including customers, Senior Management and Board members.
Office Management
- Oversee and ensure necessary upkeep of office.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and systems for effective recordkeeping and document management.
Team Management
- Ensure and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
