Shape the future of YWCA BC as the Vice President of People, Culture, and Equity. Oversee human resources and encourage equity-focused practices within a hybrid model of work.
As a key leader reporting to the CEO, your role encompasses all aspects of human resources and organizational development. You will enhance the organization's mission to promote gender equity while ensuring all people strategies comply with YWCA BC’s feminist ethos and Truth and Reconciliation commitments.
