Executive Operations Manager (m/w/d)
Job Description
Work directly with our Chairman and Founder in Zurich as his trusted operational partner.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Chairman & Founder as the key operational and organizational support in day-to-day business activities
- Support operational, strategic, and organizational topics while actively contributing to prioritization and execution
- Proactively plan, structure, and prioritize complex tasks and initiatives
- Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and decision‑making materials for executive leadership
- Ensure deadlines are met and important topics are consistently followed through
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across international teams
- Structure, optimize, and improve internal processes and workflows
- Support the preparation and execution of projects together with the Chairman in Zurich
