Hours: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM PST (Monday to Friday). Must be on site during hours.

As the welcoming face of our clinic, the Executive Experience Coordinator provides a personalized, concierge-level experience from check‑in to check‑out, building relationships, understanding patient health goals, and matching them with the right services to achieve their health outcomes.

- Deliver a personalized, concierge-level experience for patients from check‑in to check‑out.
- Build relationships to understand patient health goals and proactively recommend relevant services.
