Job Description
Lead a new dementia care community as Executive Director in downtown Toronto. This full-time, in-office role focuses on maximizing care quality and operational excellence.
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Director in the seniors’ care sector. You will oversee the launch of a new, 65-suite dementia care community while being responsible for operations, culture, and financial performance. A deep understanding of resident-centered care and a strong nurse-led approach will ensure the delivery of best-in-class services.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive end-to-end launch of the dementia care community • Recruit and develop a high-performing interdisciplinary team • Champion a nurse-led, person-centred care model • Manage P&L; for budgeting and financial performance • Engage with families, healthcare partners, and the community
