Location - This role is in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.
Reporting to the Strategic Initiatives Officer, the Executive Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Dean’s Advisory Committee (DAC). The role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic academic environment.
The Executive Coordinator applies extensive knowledge of university administrative processes, systems, policies, and procedures to support the effective operation of the Office of the Dean and facilitate partnerships and initiatives across campus.
