The Role

Our CEO moves at speed. He’s running a high-growth seasonal business, managing key vendor relationships, and making a lot of decisions — fast. What he needs is someone who keeps the details from slipping: a person who can own his inbox and calendar, make sure he’s prepared for every meeting, handle the follow-through, and manage the day-to-day tasks that eat time he doesn’t have.
