This is a 14‑month contract opportunity to provide efficient and high‑quality administrative support to the VP of Business Development. The incumbent will also support in‑person meetings and handle various responsibilities requiring confidentiality and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the VP’s calendar, prioritizing meetings with internal and external clients.
- Plan and arrange all travel.
- Handle the VP’s administrative budget work (expense reimbursements, purchase orders).
- Monitor emails on behalf of the VP and schedule requested meetings.
- Proactively anticipate the VP’s needs in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing (including French version), and distributing communications.
- Provide administrative support to other leaders as needed.
- Support events and perform additional administrative duties.
