Shape the future of AI at ExaCare AI as the Systems Lead. This hands-on position focuses on building AI systems to enhance company-wide efficiencies in a collaborative environment.
As the AI Systems Lead, your leadership will bridge multiple departments to build effective workflows and data infrastructures. You will work directly with teams across BizOps, Sales, and Product to devise solutions that elevate operational capabilities. With a hands-on approach, you'll automate repetitive tasks and redesign processes, ensuring that AI systems support scaling efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement data pipelines and internal tools
• Collaborate across departments to solve operational issues
• Identify and automate repetitive workflows
• Use data insights to foster operational improvements
• Manage and develop the AI Strategy & System team
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in related fields
