Events Team Co-Lead

The Events Team Co-Lead is a front-facing leadership role responsible for the planning, execution, and overall quality of Lean In Vancouver's event portfolio. Reporting to Vice-President, Events, the Team Co-Lead role is designed as a shared leadership position: two Co-Leads work shoulder-to-shoulder to co-own the events strategy, timelines, and delivery, collaborating closely to divide responsibilities in a way that plays to each person's strengths.

Together, the Co-Leads ensure that all events align with Lean In Vancouver's strategic priorities, maintain a consistently high standard, and create meaningful, inclusive experiences that support women's professional advancement and personal growth.
