The Event Specialist role is a key support function for the Enterprise Sponsorship & Events team.
Effectively supporting the Events team by coordinating attendee registration platform, financial, meeting logistics and processes ensuring all aspects of the events are planned, defined, and executed to the highest of standards.

- Coordinate all Finance/Accounts Payable requirements; submit all invoices, POs, credit card transactions, and record/report in Smartsheet project management tool
