Event Planner

We are looking for a flexible mind to join our dynamic team in Rio de Janeiro. You might also be based in Sao Paulo. You will be a partner to our clients and drive client relationships across multiple events. Qualities that our Event Planners possess:

• Ability to accurately forecast event schedules and costs
• Proactive approach in anticipating needs and critical issues
• Experience handling technical and logistical challenges
• An interest in working in an international team environment
• Ability to travel globally
• Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese
• Graduate degree or diploma in event management is a definite plus
• Capacity to adapt to a changing environment and harmonize with the client company's culture
