Provide exceptional resident care as a full-time Registered Practical Nurse at The Palace in Alexandria, ON. This role focuses on evening shifts, effective communication, and vital sign monitoring.
The Palace is looking for a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality care to residents. You will ensure adherence to protocols while observing and recording vital signs, training new staff, and managing care activities. This position emphasizes collaboration with nursing staff and timely reporting of health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure exceptional care while following physician protocols
• Observe and report vital signs and residents' conditions
• Organize residents' care functions and activities
