Customer Interaction & Service Booking
Greet customers and schedule service appointments
Understand customer concerns and vehicle-related issues
Explain service requirements, repair options, timelines, and costs
Job Card Preparation & Workshop Coordination
Prepare accurate job cards / work orders
Communicate repair and maintenance requirements to technicians
