General contractor is seeking an Estimator on water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Toronto ON. Salary from $140,000. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role.As an Intermediate Estimator you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating complete estimates for tenders, primarily focusing on municipal, federal builds and infrastructure pursuits, in both public and private sector markets throughout Canada. Reporting to the Vice President of Estimating, you will be based out of the Mississauga, Ontario office.

Responsibilities of Estimator

• Review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
• Select vendors and/or subcontractors and determine cost effectiveness of projects to be bid.
