Estimator/ Project Coordinator

Role Overview

DynaIndustrial Saskatoon is looking for an Estimator/Project Coordinator to help our team generate accurate estimates of time, materials and outside services from detailed manufacturing drawings. They will prepare and submit the customer quotation using our ERP software system, while working with the shop managers, project manager and sales representatives to ensure accuracy, deliveries and details. They will also encourage relationships through communication to customers and material/service providers relating to project specifics, purchasing, follow‑up on status and incoming & outgoing deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate estimates of time, materials and outside services from detailed manufacturing drawings.
• Prepare and submit customer quotations using the ERP software system.
• Collaborate with shop managers, project manager and sales representatives to ensure accuracy, deliveries and details.
