You as an Estimator will:
Confidently work alongside a team through project procurement, the bid process and pre-constructionWork under pressure and meeting strict deadlinesAssemble accurate, detailed, and well-organized budgets and estimatesWork with various contract types - including Construction Management, Design Build, P3, and Lump sumOrganize sub-contractor quotes when the bid is successful, re-writing binders and assisting the buy-out processMonitor the success of a project, assisting with value engineering and noting potential challengesBuild and maintain relationships with sub-trades for future opportunitiesDistribute sub-trade quotes and budgets to personnel, flagging are...
