Estate Coordinator – Jackson‑Triggs Winery

The Estate Coordinator delivers exceptional food, wine, retail, and hospitality experiences across all estate operations. This role supports the day‑to‑day execution of the winery experience—including Retail, Concierge, Tours, Entourage Room restaurant, and Amphitheatre (AMP) events—while ensuring staff development, operational standards, and memorable guest interactions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service across all estate touchpoints, collaborate with the Assistant Estate Manager to elevate customer standards, develop best‑practice procedures, address guest concerns, and support winery tasting programs and group tours.
• Estate Operations: Oversee daily setup, execution, and closing procedures; support tastings, tours, events, and Amphitheatre experiences; maintain clean, organized, and stocked guest‑facing areas; act as Manager‑on‑Duty during assigned shifts.
