Responsibilities
- Responsible to elaborate the calendar of launches and promotions for consumers and for IBCs, considering the strategies of categories.
- Responsible for the monthly analysis of the Categorys (RL, launches and promotional initiatives), generating insights about the impact on the company’s results (what worked and lessons learned), turning it in action plans for the future strategies.
- Responsible for presentation monthly and quarterly meetings, and prepare reports and analyze the categories performance, proposing new actions, changes and/or improvements for our business.
- Responsible to maintains effective controls and reports over product portfolio, performing activities such as: price positioning, SKUs control, phase out analysis and control, potential obsolescence, expiration date, threshold, etc. And build action plans to solve stock issues.
