Job Description
Purpose of the job: Troubleshooting of Alstom products at customer site in order to ensure their availability.
Provide technical expertise to other maintenance teams, subcontractors, warranty support team, project teammembers and less experienced personnel.

Product Introduction (PI) and Maintenance teams are both part of Services group, providing support to ourcustomers during railways operations.
Reports directly to:
PI Supervisor or Maintenance Field Engineer
Other reporting to:
Troubleshooting Manager or Team Leader, or Maintenance Supervisor

Customer Site Services team (PI, Maintenance)
PI Support team
RAMS team
Project Engineering team (site and back-office)
