This role involves providing hardware/software support to employees and new hires, including weekly reports, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, adapt quickly to change, and be willing to travel between offices (up to 150 miles).
- Image and install software on Windows and Apple laptops/desktops, including IMAC (installations, moves, additions, changes) and remote support
- Troubleshoot post-deployment issues on multiple platforms: Windows, Macintosh, and mobile devices
