Internal Specialist – Pharma BU

Ashland do Brasil Ltda is seeking an Internal Specialist for the Pharma Business Unit, based at our SãoPaulo office.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business leadership and maintain a culture of responsiveness and prioritization.
• Develop formulations across all dosage forms and delivery systems (solid, liquid, semisolid, injectables, dispersions).
• Create internal application studies and prototypes using Ashland materials.
• Interpret and analyze data, preparing technical reports and presenting seminars.
• Organize the laboratory, maintain equipment, run necessary calibrations, and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices.
• Operate and clean laboratory equipment safely, following company safety standards and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Continuously increase and apply technical knowledge.
