Job Description
The Lab specialist is responsible for customer satisfaction, quality certifications, quality related aspects of supplier and contract manufacturer relationship, training, quality audits, corrective and preventive action, development of a quality culture and drive continuous quality improvement within the manufacturing organization which also includes the laboratories.
Responsibilities- Ensure the quality process operates in a safe and ethical way consistent with Chemours core values.
- Support or lead Process Safety Management (PSM) activities.
- Assist in dispositioning off-spec production/non-conforming product.
- Ensure product is released in a timely manner, including the follow-up of property release samples and or testing.
- Identify and implement solutions to manufacturing issues related to quality.
- Monitor raw material performance and fit for use as it relates to productivity.
